The Plauge

Well, I can't say there is a plauge upon my house, 'cause so far I am the only one who has gotten it. Ok....now I've said it and they will all get it. I have never been so sick in my life. My autoimmune disorders were all out of wack from the stomach virus and I hurt terribly in addition to throwing up. Nice....This started Tuesday evening and today is the first day I've felt human and been able to hold anything down (good 'ole chicken noodle soup).

Anyway, so I was late to 2 of the 4 activities the kids had today. Really, that was good considering that if you asked me yesterday if I'd be out and about I'd have told you that you were crazy!

In my defense, I got Blondie to her cheerleading game at 8:55am....the game started at 9am....they were already cheering. So, that counts as late for me, even though I wasn't. Then, I had to quickly change Blondie in the school bathroom (missing the first part of 'Lil Red's ballgame and her first 4 points) for the tea party. Her Lovely Daisy leader agreed to pack her up in her booster and take her to the party. After 'Lil Red's game, we headed down to quickly pick up Blondie so we could come back, pick up LR's BFF and take the two of them to the b-day party. The tea party was running late, so said Lovely Daisy Leader agreed to meet me with Blondie at a grocery store nearby. LR and her BFF were 45 minutes late to the b-day party (whoops) and now I can't find Blondie. Ugggg.... I'm lucky to have someone so reliable (obviously unlike me) to help me with Blondie. Big Red had to work, so I was on my own.

I'm gonna take the girls' Christmas card pics tonight (I've been saying that for a week now, but I AM GOING TO DO IT!!!!). I'll post them tomorrow.
